Freedom · Messages · Aspiration

What does a wings mean in a coffee cup or tea leaves?

Traditionally, wings bring messages, or a wish to rise above a situation. Wings can reflect a longing for freedom, and the support that lets you rise.

A question for reflection

What would you do if you felt free to?

One small step

Allow yourself one small freedom today.

Where the wings sits in the cup

Near the rim: freedom in what is close to you now, or soon.
On the sides: freedom in what is developing over the coming weeks.
At the bottom: freedom in what is settled, further away, or deep in the past.
Near the handle: freedom in you, your home, and the people close to you.
Opposite the handle: freedom in other people, and the wider world.

A clear shape counts for more than a faint one. Families and readers differ, so treat these as starting points.
